~60 FPS Desktop Vendor claim

Exocharts’ FAQ claims approximately 60 FPS for Desktop with large chart workloads. It separately describes much lower cluster capacity for Web. The Desktop requirements document GPU rendering and memory-sensitive history storage.

The FAQ does not specify benchmark hardware or a reproducible workload. Desktop figures must not be applied to Web. A 2026 release-note claim about a 100 ms connection data gap describes continuity, not exchange-to-screen latency.

Speed rating: Unrated · No comparable benchmark found.

Score explanations & sources
Browser & desktop access=15/5

A documented browser workflow earns 5/5 in the browser-first profile. Browser scope: Web Premium · crypto footprints and profiles only. Three routes: Windows desktop, Apple Silicon macOS desktop and browser. Web is crypto focused and lacks desktop DOM, tape and replay; Intel Macs are excluded. This is an access-preference rating, not a usability test or a claim of feature parity.

THE SHORT VERSION

Why it’s in the index

A specialist choice for footprint-led crypto analysis, with additional legacy-market connections on desktop.

  • Footprint clusters
  • TPO profiles
  • Open interest

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Know the setup

Web lacks DOM, tape, replay and traditional-market feeds. Desktop supports dxFeed futures/equities and Rithmic CME data, with separate data fees. Rithmic execution remains pending; Bybit execution is documented. Current Mac builds support Apple Silicon only.

Which versions match the filters?

Each line is a documented combination. Browser results exclude versions whose workflow coverage has not been established. DOM & tape means one or both analysis views; it does not promise live order entry.

Feature restrictions & setup requirements

Footprints / profiles[2] [9]

Desktop and Web: footprint clusters, volume/delta profiles, TPO, VWAP, CVD

Desktop has TPO Flow, advanced non-time candles, broader history and aggregated markets.

DOM / tape / replay[2]

Desktop only

Web comparison expressly says no DOM, tape or replay; do not use the public plan-card feature list as web parity proof.

Liquidity heatmap[10] [9]

Not verified as a native historical resting-liquidity heatmap

TPO HeatMap is documented colour mapping for TPO profiles; this does not prove an order-book heatmap. Big Trades supports limit and market trades.

Futures / equities[3] [5]

Desktop dxFeed: CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX, Eurex, Nasdaq; Rithmic: CME Group

Requires separate data subscription; dxFeed is desktop-only and needs paid Desktop Pro entitlement; one active dxFeed connection.

Rithmic limitation / execution[5] [11]

Rithmic market data available; live routing pending

September guide says execution not yet enabled; no reconstructed market orders on Rithmic. Bybit execution available in Desktop.

Crypto coverage[2]

Web: Bybit, OKX, Binance Futures. Desktop broader futures/spot, Hyperliquid, Coinbase Spot, WOO X

Venue and instrument support varies; crypto analytics do not imply all crypto exchanges or all execution venues.

OS[6]

Desktop Windows 10+ 64-bit and Apple Silicon Mac; browser web version

Current download explicitly excludes Intel Macs. No Linux desktop build verified.

Trial / free[1]

Free Desktop limited to three pairs; public FAQ names SHIB, DOGE, SOL

No dxFeed in free Desktop. Web has a limited free mode; do not equate that with unrestricted paid Desktop.

Refund / renewal[7]

Cancellation stops renewal; access retained through paid term

First purchase: within 14 days refund less used days. Unexpected renewal: request within 3 days, less 10%; after 14 days term nonrefundable except stated billing-error/discretionary provisions.
